About Us
Dean’s Market has been a North Falmouth staple since 1989, when it was founded by Dean Bolton just up the road from our current location. What began as a small neighborhood market grew into the store you know today — a place where locals and visitors alike can count on fresh food, friendly faces, and true Cape Cod hospitality.
The market is proudly owned and operated by the Bolton family. Dean and his wife, Tracey, now spend much of the year in Florida, while their son Bryan and his wife Aja run the store day to day. Dean’s daughters are part of the story too — Kaylee, who used to work at the store is now a local radiology tech and Amy is a kindergarten teacher in Florida, but Amy comes home each summer to welcome a change of pace and help at the store.
The next generation is already growing up in the aisles — from Bryan and Aja’s kids, Maci (7) and Brooks (4), to Kaylee’s daughter Maliyah (8), you are likely to see one or all of them helping around the store.
After more than 20 years, we just completed a major renovation, refreshing the market while keeping the same family values and welcoming atmosphere that started it all. For us, family is everything — and we treat our customers like family too.
